1. Who you are contracting with

Mono Agents (the "Service") is provided by B BINARY SA ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Greece. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise using the Service, you enter into an agreement with B BINARY SA on these terms.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or continuing to use the Service you agree to be bound by these terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation. If you use the Service as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age in your country of residence. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. The Service

Mono Agents is a hosted AI-assisted helpdesk platform. It lets you publish help articles, run an AI assistant that answers customer questions based on your content, hand conversations over to human agents, and manage your support team. Features available to you depend on the plan you select.

4. Your account

You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to:

• break any applicable law or regulation;
• commit fraud, send spam, or engage in deceptive practices;
• infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
• interfere with the security or integrity of the Service, including uploading malware, probing or scanning our systems, or scraping data;
• reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service, or circumvent plan limits;
• generate or distribute illegal content, hate speech, harassment, deepfakes, malware, or attempt to jailbreak the AI assistant.

6. AI-generated content

The Service uses AI models to generate answers and suggestions. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for regulated professional advice, and should be reviewed by a human before being relied upon. You are responsible for the prompts and content you submit, for holding the necessary rights to that content, and for how you use the outputs. We may moderate, filter, restrict, or remove content and outputs, and may suspend accounts for repeated or serious violations. Rights-holders may contact us at support@monopos.com to request the takedown of infringing content.

7. Intellectual property

We retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including its software, documentation, design, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within the plan you have selected. You retain ownership of the content you upload and grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the Service.

8. Payments, subscriptions and taxes

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Plan prices are listed on our pricing page. Additional AI credit packs are one-time purchases.

B BINARY SA is the seller of record for all orders. Card payments are processed securely by Viva.com (Viva Payments), a licensed European payment institution; we do not store your card details. All prices include 24% Greek VAT and B BINARY SA issues the invoice for every payment.

By subscribing you authorise B BINARY SA to charge the stored card automatically at the start of each billing period until you cancel. If a renewal payment fails we retry it up to three times over seven days, after which the workspace becomes read-only. See also our Refund Policy.

9. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which your workspace becomes read-only. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.

10. Service availability

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Maintenance, third-party outages, and factors outside our control may affect availability.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Where practical we will give notice first. On termination you may export your data within a reasonable window, after which it may be deleted.

12. Warranties and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where such exclusion is prohibited by law.

13. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these terms.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Greece, and the courts of Greece have exclusive jurisdiction. You may not assign this agreement without our consent; we may assign it in connection with a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
