30-day money-back guarantee
B BINARY SA offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on Mono Agents. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — for subscriptions and for one-time AI credit packs alike. You can also try the product free for 15 days before paying anything.
How to request a refund
Refunds are issued by B BINARY SA, the seller of record. Card payments are processed by Viva.com and refunds are returned through the same channel. To request one, contact us at support@monopos.com and we will help you arrange it. Refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of approval.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time from the billing page in your workspace. After cancelling, your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and your workspace then becomes read-only. Cancelling on its own does not trigger a refund — request one as described above if you are within the 30-day window.
